什么形容詞后加的to是介詞?
1、表示運動、行動或說明運動的朝向情況。它可指達到或想達到的人、地、物。也可指沒有達到或者沒有完全達到的人、地、物。
1)動作本身有方向性,因而與“to”后所接的地點、人、物構成指向與被指向的關系。
如:drive to the cIty(開車到城市去)
Low to an acquaintance(向認識的人點頭)
run to his mother(跑到他母親那里去)
2)雖然to前是名詞但該名詞也含有方向性。
如:on the why to the station(在去車站的路上)
a trip to the moon(到月球旅行)
3)動詞雖然無方向性,但此動作與“to”后面的目的也構成“朝向”關系。
如:ware a new hat to the party(戴新帽子去參加聚會)
4)Be+(adj)+to表示主語的去向
如:A boat is to the dock now(船現在到碼頭了)
2、表示臨時停的地或物
如:He has been to his uncle's house once.(到他叔叔家去過一次)
3、表示方向事物所處的位置
如:The shed is to the side of the house.(小棚屋在房子的一側)

4、表示接觸或鄰近,相當于on、upon、against,但較他們更生動,含有某種動態。
如:His mother standing with her hands to her eyes.(...用手蒙在眼上)
在這種用法中,有時“to”前后的詞一致,此時詞前后無需冠詞,表示動作進行時的狀態。
5、表示范圍所能達到的。
1)用在本身具有伸展性或有回旋余地的動詞后
如:The garden extend to the river bank(花園延到河邊)
2)用在具有漫長擴張性的形容詞之后
如:wet/drench to the skin(渾身濕透)
to作介詞時的用法:
如果這個帶to 的短語后可以跟名詞, 那么to就是介詞。
listen to music: to就是介詞,但是listen to 不跟動詞。
be used to 習慣于 :可以跟be used to the life 習慣于生活,生活是名詞。to是介詞。所以be used to 后面動詞的話,就跟動名詞doing
而 be happy to do 后面只會跟動詞,不會跟名詞。 to是不定式。
