allow的動詞？

allow本身就可以作動詞。其動詞釋義如下。

（1）to let sb./sth. do sth., to let something happen or be done允許，準(zhǔn)許

例如：His parents won't allow him to stay out late.

他的父母不允許他在外面呆得很晚。

（2）to let sb. have sth.給予

例如：You are allowed an hour to complete the test.

你們有一個小時的時間完成這個測試。

I'm not allowed visitors.

我不可以接見來訪者。

（3）to let sb./sth. go into, through, out of, etc. a place允許進(jìn)入或出去通過
