from引導什么從句？

1. 有時其后可接介詞短語。Choose a book from among these. 從這些書中選一本吧。 比較：I took it from the bed. 我從床那兒(或床上)拿的。

I took it from under the bed. 我從床下拿的。注意，下面一句用了 from where(引導非限制性定語從句)，而未用from which，其中的where=in the tree，即 from where=from in the tree：

He hid himself in a tree, from where he could see the enemy in the distance. 他躲在一棵樹上，從那兒他可以看到遠處的敵人。

2. 有時其后可接when, where引導的賓語從句(可視為其前省略了the time, the place)：He didn't speak to me from when we moved in. 從我們遷入之時起，他沒和我說過話。
