Dear Docker community, As a global company, Docker must comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including those of the United States of America. To that end, we have made the decision to no longer allow access to Docker’s public registry in China. This includes both the hub.docker.com website, as well as the registry endpoints hosted on both AWS and Azure in China. This decision will become effective on November 19th, 2021. Please be aware that if your account primarily accesses Docker from China, your account will be impacted by this change. We understand this is a significant step that may impact many of our users in China. It is important that you have the resources available to minimize the potential impact to your container workflows, and we want to help you through this transition. Therefore, we have put together the following guidance to assist you during this period.
